Providing a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies in Lee County and the surrounding areas, where they can meet like-minded individuals, express themselves, and have fun with their community.

Dust off your neon leggings, tease your bangs to alarming heights, and prepare your emotional support fanny packs because Pride Fest is BACK, baby — and this year we’re going FULL 80s chaos.
That’s right. We’re throwing an all-out Pride Fest 80s Bash complete with:
✨ Richard Simmons as our honorary Daddy of the Day
✨ Neon everything
✨ A unicorn petting zoo (yes, really)
✨ Karaoke bangers
✨ Arts & crafts
✨ Zumba
✨ Community love
✨ And at least one terrible dad joke because…Father’s Day weekend.
(We promise not to make things too “pop.” Get it? Because the 80s? We’ll see ourselves out.)
This year’s Pride Fest is all about JOY. Community. Glitter. Weirdness. Connection. And building the kind of loving, welcoming spaces that remind people they belong exactly as they are.
So grab your favorite 80s-inspired outfit, channel your inner Richard Simmons, Dolly, Prince, Madonna, or whichever chaotic icon speaks to your soul, and come celebrate with us.

Led by local Zumba extraordinaire Vanessa Del’Castillo, who will absolutely be bringing the energy, the moves, and the vibes. Stretch those hammies and shake your glittery little tush to the 80s beat.
Courtesy of our fabulous local farm friends at Pint Sized Pastures, featuring THEIR UNICORN. Honestly, what more do you need to know? Support local agriculture. Support local unicorns. Support dreams.
Grab the mic. Belt your little heart out. Whether you’re giving Whitney Houston excellence or drunk uncle at a wedding energy, we support you fully.
We’ll have arts and crafts set up inside the brewery for kiddos AND adults because crafting while slightly sweaty and emotionally healed by glitter is basically the official pastime of Pride Month.

This event is community-built. Community-funded. Community-loved.
We don’t have giant corporate sponsors or mysterious billionaire sugar daddies funding this beautiful rainbow monster. This space survives because people like YOU show up, donate, volunteer, and believe that queer joy and community matter.
And honestly? We’re deeply grateful for that.
Support Pint Sized Pastures and help us bring the most fabulous unicorn in North Carolina to Pride Fest.
Help us provide the karaoke setup and soundtrack for this beautiful 80s fever dream.
Help us stock crafts and activities for adults and kiddos alike.
Support local treats and our collective donut addiction. We regret nothing.
Because obviously. No notes.

If we can get 400 more people to donate just $5–$25/month, we can fully meet our annual operating budget AND expand our free programming for the community.
That means:
💖 More LGBTQ youth programming
💖 More free community events
💖 More arts programming
💖 More scholarships
💖 More weird little magical moments like this one
Our LGBTQ Resource Center exists because this community keeps showing up for one another. And that matters more than we can say.

If you’d like to volunteer, become a vendor, or help sponsor the event, please send us an email! We’d LOVE to have you involved.
Because at the end of the day, Pride has always been about people showing up for each other. And this community? Y’all show UP.
Now excuse us while we go aggressively hot glue rhinestones onto absolutely everything.

Every month we get together and hangout! Bring the kids, a board game, a video game, and/or a dish to pass and meet other amazing humans in our community! This is a FREE event and is open to LGBTQ humans and allies.

The chaos in the world got you feeling some kind of way? Then join us as we craft, vent, and mobilize!!
We meet on the first Sunday of the month at 12pm at Hugger Mugger

Every Wednesday our teens/tweens come together and hangout, draw, vibe, and just be themselves! This is FREE and open to allies as well.
Got a kiddo that's too nervous to join? Reach out and we'll invite them to our kids discord page. This page is private, monitored, and by invite only.

Looking to meet other LGBTQ humans and allies but want to from the comfort of your own home?
We hear ya!
