This fun class is designed to let kids be kids and embrace and harness that never ending energy they seem to have.
This playful class is designed especially for school-aged children. This class is designed to help our children learn the benefits of Yoga through poses, breath-work, and meditation.
Everyone belongs here at SYCC. Every child has a safe space to play, build friendships, and strengthen their body regardless of age, gender, background, or disability.
Ava is our spry, young, and agile Kid’s Yoga Instructor. She’s been doing yoga for years, and is taking her passion for the kiddos (and wearing them out) to our studio! When Ava isn’t rocking it in school, she’s spending her summers working on a Horse Rescue Farm, where she helps facilitate youth camps. After she graduates, she hopes to work as an Animal Cruelty Investigator. Using her love for animals and others, Ava guides our kids through a joyful practice each week. Come stop by and see what the rage is all about, and let your kiddos run around and be kids!
Ethan is a well-traveled young adult who spent many years in Colorado and Germany. When they moved to Sanford in 2021 the yoga studio was an amazing place to spend time and meet friends. Now they bring their own twist on things as an instructor! When not in school or at the studio, they enjoy drawing and playing games. They're also our LGBTQ+ Youth Hangout ambassador
