The Empowerment Protocol
We're partnering with Combat Sexual Assault to bring you this program which includes a variety of online classes that help to facilitate the healing journey of our clients who've experienced assault and trauma.
Trauma-Informed Modalities
The classes will be held on Zoom. This way you can create the atmosphere that is most comfortable to you! Sound or no sound, diffusers or not, lighting to your choice. Each of the instructors you will have access to use Yoga and movement as a way to heal the body. They are experienced and versed in Trauma Informed language, ques, and asanas (postures) inviting you to experience your present moment.
